What You’ll Do:
As a Fryer Cleaning Technician, you’ll travel to local restaurants and commercial kitchens to:
- Clean deep fryers using a vacuum-based cleaning system
- Filter and remove used cooking oil
- Refill fryers with fresh oil
- Maintain inventory and cleanliness of your assigned vehicle and tools
- Occasionally assist at our East Troy warehouse with vehicle/equipment upkeep

What We’re Looking For:
- Hardworking, dependable, and detail-oriented
- Valid driver's license for 3+ years with clean driving record
- Ability to lift 75 lbs and maneuver heavy equipment
- Comfortable driving a 16’ box truck
- Can pass a background check and obtain a DOT medical card (we pay for the physical)
- Strong communicator and team player

Compensation: $20.00 per hour
