Job Title: Overnight Fryer Oil Service Technician (Full-time & Part-time)
Location: OUR SHOP IS LOCATED IN CERRITOS.
Routes in Pomona Valley, San Gabriel Valley and the San Fernando Valley.

We are seeking Fryer Oil Service Technicians to provide mobile, on-site oil filtration and fryer cleaning services to commercial kitchens, including restaurants, hospitals, corporate cafeterias, and colleges. You will follow a scheduled route to perform services such as vacuum-based fryer cleaning, oil filtration, waste vegetable oil removal, and other kitchen services.
Please note: This position is with a franchisee of Filta Environmental Kitchen Solutions, not The Filta Group, Inc. or its affiliates. If hired, the franchisee will be your sole employer.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage time and complete service tasks on schedule.
- Maintain and repair the Micro Filtration Unit (MFU).
- Keep service van clean, organized, and stocked.
- Provide high-quality customer service and report issues to management.
- Follow safety protocols and wear required PPE.
- Demonstrate services to customers and maintain service records.
Qualifications:
- Must pass drug and background screening.
- Experience in machinery or mechanical work is a plus.
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
- Reliable transportation to van pickup site.
- Ability to handle physical work, including lifting up to 75 lbs.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work independently.
